Distance Reiki, also known as remote Reiki or distant healing, is a form of Reiki energy healing that is not limited by physical proximity.   The Reiki practitioner uses intention, focus, and specific techniques to direct healing energy to the recipient, even if they are miles away. The practitioner taps into the universal life force energy and sends it through their intention to the person in need of healing, whether they are across the room, across town, or even across the world.

During a Distance Reiki session, the recipient typically relaxes in a quiet space, just as they would during an in-person session. The practitioner may use a photo, name, or description of the recipient to help focus their energy. Crystal Sound Therapy (Adult)

As a Reflexologist, I love teaching parents how to use simple Reflexology techniques on their little ones.  Through Reflexology you can support your children’s health and wellbeing naturally, you can nourish your connection and bond, you can nurture their growth and development.

Baby Reflex is specially adapted reflexology designed and created for application to babies. These techniques were developed for increasing bonding between caregiver and baby, with additional benefits of helping ease, relieve and eliminate many discomforting conditions for babies.

Studies have shown that by applying regular Reflexology we can improve sleep, relieve discomforts, reduce symptoms of conditions, such as asthma, encourage a better bond, and older children tend to be more relaxed and calm providing a nicer atmosphere between them and their parents – for that reason alone it is worth it!!

Baby & Toddler Reflex are specially adapted to suit the needs and size of your child.  We focus on common issues such as the discomforts of reflux, constipation, colic, and teething. We look at techniques that can boost their immunity, relieve cold symptoms, and engage their nervous system to ease them into a good night sleep.

It is a convenient, fuss free and soothing tool to have, literally at your fingertips. With only needing your child’s feet or hands it can be done anywhere.  It is engaging, easy to do, and enjoyable.  Just a few minutes a day can achieve calmness and promote some great health benefits.

Mindful-me are yoga and mindful meditation classes for children.  These classes encourage children to explore their emotions in a fun filled way.  

Children will be give the opportunity to explore multiple relaxation exercises and strategies which they can use independently when feeling the ‘big emotions’.  

It is widely recognised in adult life that the use of yoga and meditation can greatly improve mental mortality and life outcomes.  For this reason I believe it is important to encourage the same strategies to be provided and distilled into young children, enabling them to have coping skills to navigate their way through life.  

During the classes children will engage in fundamental yoga.  This is yoga through game, exercise or play.  By providing children with learning opportunities through this medium, they are more likely to engage and remember the learning outcome we want them to gain from the class.  Children will be given the opportunity to explore their breath and the importance of the breath when it comes to our racing minds.  They will learn different breathing exercises which may be used at their convenience.  All classes will then end with a meditation script, providing children with the opportunity to totally relax and experience the feeling of calm.

Our *Reiki Infused Crystal Sound Therapy* classes are designed to offer teens a safe, calming space to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Over 4 weeks, teens will experience the gentle yet powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, combined with the soothing energy of Reiki. These sessions encourage deep relaxation while supporting emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

Crafting activities help to ground children in the present moment and allow them to focus on the task at hand. Being a great form of self-expression. By expressing themselves through crafts, children can learn more about their own thoughts and feelings.

Reflexology is a non invasive gentle therapy suitable for babies from birth.  Tiny babies, children and adults can all benefit from this ancient therapy that has been used for centuries to bring about healing, balance and a sense of well-being.  It is based on the principle that all our body parts and bodily systems are reflected on the feet.  By applying gentle massage and therapeutic touch to specific reflex points, will have an effect in the corresponding body part and whole child.

Paediatric treatments are shorter in length than adults, usually lasting 20/30 minutes or the length of time a child’s attention can be engaged.  As a child progresses through secondary school, sessions may become longer and could range up to 45 minute sessions. These will be gauged on the individual child’s requirements for treatment.  Older children are more than welcome to experience a treatment whilst plugging in their earphones and listening to music or watch their favourite programmes.  This experience is all about them and treating them correspondingly.  

Children seem to respond and react to the healing of reflexology at a quicker rate than adults, therefore seeing more noticeable changing in a shorter period of time.
