Mindful-me are yoga and mindful meditation classes for children. These classes encourage children to explore their emotions in a fun filled way.
Children will be give the opportunity to explore multiple relaxation exercises and strategies which they can use independently when feeling the ‘big emotions’.
It is widely recognised in adult life that the use of yoga and meditation can greatly improve mental mortality and life outcomes.
